Dosage all depends on your body weight. It is recommended to take 100mg – 200mg for the first dosage. Each Delic Therapy capsule equals to 100mg of psilocybin.
There are many common schedules that we will go over below.
1. Fadiman Schedule:
First, the most popular and classical way is to microdose every 3 days. Also known as the “Three-day cycle”. The reason behind this is on the first day you will feel the full effects, then on the following day, you will feel about half the effects as the psilocybin is still in your body, and the third day is a resistance break.
Directions:
- 100mg(1 capsule) – 200mg(2 capsules) on an empty stomach (preferably in the morning)
- 1 day on and 2 days off.
- Repeat the schedule for 4 – 8 weeks

2. Stamets Schedule:
The second micro-dosing schedule is known as the Stamets schedule.
This schedule involves a medicinal mushroom called Lion’s Mane, Vitamin B, and of course Magic Mushroom. The combination of all 3 ingredients helps our brain create new neurons, and neural pathways, and also repair existing neuron damage. Now, what does this all mean? This will help our brain function helping us think more clearly.
Directions:
- 100mg(1 capsule) – 200mg(2 capsules) on an empty stomach (preferably in the morning)
- 4 days on and 3 days off.
- It is recommended to take a 2-week break after a month of using this schedule. Then repeat this schedule again.
